Welcome to my practice! I'm Tracy, a dedicated therapist here to guide you on your journey towards healing and growth. Alongside me is my therapy dog Hubble, who brings comfort and joy to our sessions. Together, we create a supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Meet Demelza, one of our Junior Therapists. She provides both face-to-face and online sessions designed to meet your individual needs. In-person appointments are available on Wednesdays.

Online sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Meet Toya, one of our Junior Therapists. She provides face-to-face sessions tailored to meet you individual needs Toya is available for in person sessions on Mondays.
